Hi,

Based on your preferences, we managed to assign you your preferred tutorials. However, we still have around 40 students whom we couldn't assign. If you are amongst them, please get in touch with the tutor of your preferred timeslot so we can assign you to the tutorials.

Please also remember that we try to distribute the workload between tutors evenly, so if you have multiple preferences, please let us know when you contact us.

Hi,

thanks for doodeling for tutorial slots. We have an algorithm that minimizes the number of students who didn't vote for a specific slot and at the same time results in roughly equally sized tutorial groups. Result is:

Group1: Tuesdays 02:15 PM-03:45 PM

Group2: Tuesdays 04:15 PM-05:45 PM

Group3: Wednesdays 04:15 PM-05:45 PM

We hope that those participants who voted with "no" could still make it to one of the three slots.

First tutorials will be starting May 9th.

Best regards,
