Machine Learning in single-cell RNA-sequencing analysis

Dear students,

The seminar talks will take place in the morning of August 5 and on all day of August 6 in the same room as the kick-off meeting (E2.1 R206). This should avoid any overlap with the other courses.
We will start at 9 a.m. on both days.
As a reminder, you must attend all presentations. We will announce the order of the presentations on site on August 5th.

Please remember to send us your final slides with the signed guidelines checklist by midnight of August 4.

Dear students,

If you are writing an exam on one of the two presentation days (August 5 or August 6), please write us an email by July 22, telling us which exam you are taking and on which day and at what time it will take place.
If you don’t have all the information yet, you should hopefully have it by July 22.

Please note that if your exam is in the afternoon, you must attend the presentations in the morning of the same day and if the exam is in the morning, you must attend the presentations in the afternoon. The excuse is not valid for the whole day.

Dear students,

Registration for topics has been open since last night. You can register until May 13, 23:59 for the different topics by clicking on the register button. As this is the first time we are using this system, please check again close to the deadline to make sure you have registered for the correct topics.

Please make sure that you have registered for at least one topic. Students who have not registered for a topic will be removed from the seminar after the deadline and there will be no possibility to rejoin at a later date.
