Exam Information

1. The exam questions will be in English. You are allowed to answer in German or English.
If necessary, you may ask us to clarify the language of the exam questions. We can explain in German or English.
You can also bring a paper dictionary.
2. The exam duration is 90 minutes (1.5 hour). Not 120 mins. Sorry for some misinformation at the office hour or tutorial.
3. Do not enter the hall until we open the door. Check your seat number on the sitting plan (will be uploaded on CMS and also sticked on the door)
4. Your cellphones must be switched off and put to the side of the hall together with other belongings of yours.
What you should to bring to the exam:
1. Your student ID
2. Non-erasable pens with black or blue ink. Correction fluids (e.g. Tippex) are allowed in moderation.
3. A non-programmable calculator
4. Two two-sided physical A4-pages of your personal handwritten summary of the lecture content (or printouts of your handwritten notes created on a tablet)
Other things that you can bring
1. Paper dictionary for any languages (but not electronic dictionary)
2. Water bottle, snacks
Any other books, printouts of slides, electronic devices are not allowed.
