Paper assignments

Hi all,

I have now emailed everyone who has been assigned a paper. I believe almost everyone received one of their top three choices.

If you have been assigned a paper but no longer wish to take the seminar, please let me know as soon as possible, so that we can offer your place to another student.

If you have not received such an email, I want to first thank you for your interest. At the same time, the places in the seminar are unfortunately limited and I’m sorry that we were unable to offer you a place this time around. You are still welcome to attend the seminar sessions to participate and discuss. However, you won't be able to receive credits for this seminar.

Tutorial: Friday, 30 October 2026

We will have a tutorial next Friday. Please post your questions or suggested topics on the course forum.

The tutorial is intended especially to support those presenting papers in the Expressivity and Length Generalization blocks. If you have been assigned a paper in either block, please skim your paper beforehand and use the forum to suggest topics or concepts you would like a crash course on. Your suggestions will help me tailor the tutorial to what you need.

See you all next week, and have a nice weekend!

Best,
Yash
