Updated exam appendix preview

Dear Students, in "Materials" you can find the updated Appendix that will be part of your handout at the exam. There may still be small changes to the appendix you will find in the exam booklet.
No other written aids will be allowed at the exam. You can refer to the last lecture for an overview of the kinds of problems that may be part of the exam.
The exam duration will be 120 minutes.
