Sheet 11 is now optional

Hello,
due to the reported installation problems of brms package, Sheet 11 is now optional.
Those of you who submitted the assignment will still receive the feedback.
If you didn't manage the installation, you can go to one of the tutorials (will be announced later which one), and we will try to help you solve the problem.
In any case, the exercise sheet will be explained in the tutorials as usual.
