Supplemental Sheet & Second Supplemental Lecture
Written on 26.05.2026 15:09 by Pascal Schumann
Dear students,
We have just uploaded a new exercise sheet covering the material from last week's supplemental lecture. This sheet is entirely voluntary and does not need to be submitted. However, if you would like extra practice with proofs, summation properties, and related concepts, we highly encourage you to work through it. The solutions will be published soon.
Please note that our second supplemental lecture will take place this Thursday at 10:00 a.m. (c.t.) in E1.3, Lecture Hall 1. In this session, we will be discussing limits, derivatives, infinite sums, and integrals. Whether you want to review these topics or are encountering them for the first time (e.g., first-semester students), we strongly encourage you to attend. A solid understanding of these foundations is essential for advanced topics later in this course, such as the Law of Large Numbers and the Central Limit Theorem.
If you have any questions about this material, please bring them to the Q&A portion of the lecture, or feel free to reach out to us via email or the anonymous feedback.
All the best
Your Statlab Team
