Dear students,

Registration in CMS for the second exam is open and ends in one week (09.03).

Depending on the number of registered students, it will be an oral OR a written exam.
The exam will take place at the end of March/beginning of April.

Please register as soon as possible so we can get an idea of how many people want to take the exam so we can quickly decide what type of exam to choose.

This is the grading scheme for the overall assignment (i.e., including the programming exercises, etc.):

Dear students,

we just published the seating plans for the exam tomorrow. Every registered student should have a seat assigned, which is visible on your status page under "Exam Seats".

If you did not get a seat assigned, but registered for the exam, please let us know immediately. Otherwise, you will not be able to participate in the exam.

Dear students,

we evaluated all submitted planners on the competition benchmark and everything went smoothly. We also wrote a separate e-mail to each group. So, if you haven't received any e-mail from us and you submitted a planner, please, write directly to danfis@cs.uni-saarland.de and let us know. Otherwise, we should be ready to roll on Wednesday!

Dear Students,

This is a reminder that, in order to take the Planning exam you must register in two different places, until one week before the exam at the latest: February 9.

1) CMS: We have opened the registration in CMS. You'll be able to register as soon as you fulfill the requirements (50 points in programming projects).

2) HISPOS/VIPA: This depends on your course of studies and I don't have the list, but you should know if your course of studies is using one of these. If so, you need to register in the corresponding system. Students in course of studies that belong to HISPOS or VIPA and don't register there will not be allowed to take the exam. If you cannot register in HISPOS or VIPA, please write Rebecca (eifler@cs.uni-saarland.de) once you register in CMS so that we keep track of the list of students that attend the exam without being in HISPOS or VIPA.

The exam is on the 16. February in HS002 in E1.3. at 10:00.
We will publish further information about the exam with respect to corona rules next week.

Dear students,

the competition for planning systems will be held next week.
The final submission deadline for your planner is on Sunday 06.02.
All information about how to submit your planner can be found here.

The preliminary deadline is on Thursday 03.02. 
Please already submit to the preliminary deadline so that we can test your planner and notify you of any problems.

Remember that by entering the competition you can win up to 10 points plus 10 bonus points.
