Don't use the submit node conduit.hpc.uni-saarland.de for computing!

Hi,
despite my message: https://cms.sic.saarland/nnti/news/view/32
again a team managed today to run a job (a jupyter notebook) on the submit node. This blocks the CS compute cluster for all of CS!!!!
Again the strong reminder: no computations on conduit.hpc.uni-saarland.de !
