New version of Bias-Variance derivation in the slides of Lecture 05&06

Dear all,
I believe some of you have encountered problems with the Bias-variance derivation in lectures L05-06. I have tried now to clarify the notations between slides 19 and 21. I hope the new version is easier to parse. Otherwise, please do not be afraid of asking via discord or at class on Wednesday.
