Please plan with a bit of a time buffer, as the sessions may run slightly over the scheduled end times. Each day will comprise one topic block, and the talks are currently planned to take place in order within each block, e.g. first A1, then A2, and so on. However, please note that this order is not guaranteed. Attendance at all talks is mandatory. If you have a valid reason for missing some of the talks, please contact us beforehand. The talks will take place in the VisRoom (D 3.4, Room −1.63). You can find the room by entering the DFKI through the reception, going straight ahead, then turning right before the entrance to the parking lot, and following the corridor. Best of luck with your final preparations for the talks, we are looking forward to them! |

Feel free to have a further look on them for instance in the course of your talk preparation or just in case you want to recap some topics presented in the Introductory Sessions. Second, we have decided to not change the deadline for the paper review such that it will remain on the 17th August (and with this after the Final Sessions). However, we emphasise once again that we highly recommend to write (and submit) the review before your final talk; this is as discussed last week both possible as well as reasonable. Third, we recall that each group should (if not already done) send 2-4 leading questions about your topic block to your advisor. As mentioned, these questions should just serve as a good basis for interesting and fruitful discussions in the final sessions. Best wishes and a sunny week, your FMAIA-Team! |
