Dates for the paper presentations

Hello everyone,
As announced earlier, the initial plan was to schedule one topic per week and have the presentations in June. However, to better accommodate everyone’s availability, we will adjust this approach.
Please find below a link for the poll with possible dates and time slots across three weeks in June. We kindly ask you to select as many options as possible:

Since we have 22 presentations, each taking approximately one hour (including presentation, Q&A, and a short break), we need flexibility to create a schedule. It may not be possible to find dates that suit everyone, which is why we are sharing the options early so that you can plan your schedules accordingly.
Depending on your availability (for example, if more of you are available in a particular week), we may schedule multiple topics within the same week rather than strictly following the original one-topic-per-week plan.
Please fill in the poll by May 12th, the date of our next meeting. We will then finalize the schedule based on the poll results.
