Re-exam Information

Dear students,

the re-exam will take place on 15.09.2023 from 14:00 - 16:00 in the lecture halls E2.2 - HS0.01 (Günter-Hotz-Hörsaal) and E1.3 HS002. We will announce which lecture hall you have been assigned to via the CMS on your personal status page after the registration deadline in the week before the re-exam.

The re-exam will start at 14:00 pm and will last 120 minutes. Therefore, please be in front of your respective lecture hall at 13:45 pm at the latest so that we can start on time.

The modalities of the re-exam are the same as for the main exam, summarized below.
 

Registration for the Re-exam

You are admitted to the re-exam if you have collected at least 50% of the points to be achieved in the assignment sheets. In addition, you may have a maximum of 2 assignments with 0 points. You can also see whether you have been admitted in the CMS on your personal status page. If you were admitted to the main exam, you are also admitted to the re-exam.

The registration in LSF/HISPOS for the re-exam is now open. You can register as well as withdraw your registration until one week before the re-exam (08.09.2023).

Students studying Wirtschaftsinformatik (Business Informatics) have to register in FlexNow 2. Furthermore, in case you are studying one of the following subjects, you might not be able to register in LSF/HISPOS.
    •    VSIMint
    •    Master IT und Recht
    •    Bachelor-Plus MINT
    •    Erasmus students
    •    Guest students
    •    Lehramt Informatik (study regulation of 2022)

If it is not possible to register via LSF/HISPOS, please register for the exam in the CMS on your personal status page. If there are problems regarding the CMS registration, please contact Joris Nix. In case of problems with the exam registration in general, please contact your responsible examination office.

Note: The registration status will be displayed on your personal status page in the CMS once the registration period is over.
 

General Notes and Tools Allowed for the Exam

    •    The exam will be in English and German and you may give your answers in English as well as in German.
    •    You may only use blue or black document-proof pens, such as ballpoint pens.
    •    A non-programmable calculator and two handwritten DIN A4 sheets are permitted.
