Update to Exercise 2(a) on Exercise Sheet 3

please note that Exercise 2(a) on Exercise Sheet 3 has been revised. The additional assumption that the leading coefficient b_m is not a zero divisor must be added.

here are some practical details regarding the course:

  • The language of instruction will be English. However, you are welcome to submit your solutions and take the exam in German if you prefer.

  • A new exercise sheet will be released every Wednesday. The submission deadline for each sheet is the following Wednesday.

  • You are strongly encouraged to work in teams. You can create your team in the Team Groupings sectionPlease note that each team may consist of up to three students.

  • The first tutorial session will take place on Friday, October 24.
